This is a short video I did for my MA Fine Art degree to show the connection between seeing and language for Deaf people. I see sounds in nature; I see sign language.

Dr Scheng-Kai Chou passed his Professional Doctorate on 22 July 2007.

Where is Kai?

Sheng-Kai Chou is a Taiwanese artist living and working in Britain.

He became deaf through a fever at the age of three. His concentration on the visual as his main form of communication and expression has led him to see the world in a unique way.
